TRAINING METHOD
01
Is this "CrossFit"?
No, that's not "CrossFit.".
Our one-of-a-kind functional training method, with a stimulating athletic dimension, prioritizes the use of safe and accessible training modalities to ensure your optimal development.
Move well... and move long!
What is functional training?
It's a thoughtful program of exercises that will take you back to rudimentary movements (Body functions): pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
Rediscover the fun you had going to the park by optimizing the organic actions your body is designed for!
What is the minimum age for your group courses?
Anyone from 10+ years can take part in our training sessions bootcamps in a group.
For younger children, we offer obstacle courses for children (7-9 years)as well as obstacle courses for teenagers (ages 10 and 15).
Do you use obstacles throughout the course?
No. To avoid overtraining and ensure the diversity of our programming, only 2 obstacles are planned for our training today.
This is complemented by functional exercises that are relevant and synergistic to your overall athletic development.
Why integrate obstacles into your routines?
There's a good chance this challenging athletic dimension will inspire you to take on the transformative challenges of a true obstacle course!
I'm sore after my first class: isn't it for me?
Your soreness is normal, don't worry: you're feeling the effects of excess lactate produced from a new training routine.
Drink a lot of water, stretch, relax your muscles, and – above all – get back to training quickly by adjusting your intensity: you'll effectively eliminate this buildup that can be painful.
It's the body waking up, plain and simple!
