Perfect for young people who are bursting with energy and love a challenge, our obstacle courses for teens are designed to develop strength, agility and confidence through challenging courses inspired by obstacle sports such as Ninja Warrior.
Supervised by our experienced trainers, young people explore a variety of’obstacles and’adapted functional exercises that challenge endurance, coordination, power and mobility. Each session features a varied programming and different, allowing you to progress at your own pace in a secure environment and motivating.
Through the technical challenges of our dynamic circuits, teens learn the value of the’effort, develop their team spirit, optimize their resilience and cultivate a good discipline behavior.
Our obstacle courses offer a unique playground for young ninjas looking to improve their physical condition or enjoy a different kind of sporting experience.
The aim is to get moving, have fun and discover the pleasure of pushing your limits!
