Our course hybrid is a dynamic group workout inspired by hybrid racing formats such as HYROX.
It combines functional exercise stations and cardiovascular challenges to simultaneously develop your fitness. muscular strength, your endurance, your aerobic capacity and your resilience.
Each session is programmed in the form of varied tours to work the whole body, while maintaining a sustained and motivating rhythm. You'll find diversified exercises, such as sledging, running, load-carrying and rowing, burpees or wall balls.
Supervised by our certified trainers, the hybrid course is suitable for all levels,with modular load and intensity options.
