Coach Salemi, whose kettlebell workouts have been featured in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muscleandfitness.com\/routine\/workouts\/workout-routines\/3-move-bottoms-advanced-kettlebell-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>Muscle &amp; Fitness<\/i><\/a>says that this exploration allowed him to discover himself.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">What motivated the WAKSC World Kettlebell Champion (2017) to pursue niche sports like gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell or Olympic weightlifting was the presence of stimulating communities. The latter discipline, he discovered, demanded greater endurance and mobility.<\/p><p>Mike Salemi, a girya (kettlebell) expert, is convinced of the need for qualifying mastery of movement. That's why he likes to work with technically minded athletes, like martial artists, who understand the process and investment required to master movement.
